SYSTEMS FOR MAXIMUM INJECTION ACCURACY

Injection systems are needed in plants where defined mix ratios must be maintained. Our MixControl 2000 injection systems can be used for various purposes:

• Adding additives to fuels, including biogenic materials or special fluids
• Fuel oil marking
• Odoration of liquid gases

The MixControl system features very high injection accuracy. Injection takes place as either a continuous injection procedure or as batch injection. Up to twelve different additives can be channelled into the primary product without mixing the different types. Injection systems are monitored and controlled both during the loading process and in standby mode. A rugged design means they can be deployed even in tough external conditions.

Our systems have been tried and tested in use for more than 20 years and undergo continuous development in readiness for new requirements.
